Product Description

This product is specially formulated superior quality Waterproofing admixture to be mixed with 2 parts of Portland cement to form brush applicable slurry mortar which works as an excellent waterproofing agent. ADHCOAT WATERGUARD work as excellent waterproofing additive and bonding agent

Application Area

After proper cleaning of surface take 1 part of ADHCOAT WATERGUARD and 2 parts of Portland cement. Shake well the liquid component to a homogenous milky colour, before mixing transfer entire quantity of liquid component into a suitable clean mixing vessel, gradually start addition of powder component under constant mixing with a stirrer using a pneumatic or electric power tool (1 kw) at slow speed at 250-300 rpm for 3- 5 minutes to a homogeneous & uniform free flowing slurry. Apply mixed component by brush or roller on substrate.

For excellent result apply two coats. After application of first coat wait 3-4 hours for cure then apply second coat. Each coat thickness should not exceeds 1.5 mm and 1 mm is recommended. Allow 24 hours curing of final coat

Shelf Life & Storage

Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing if stored in factory sealed container. Store under cover, away from direct sunlight and protect from extreme temperature. In hot temperature conditions, it must be stored in a temperature-controlled environment i.e. less than 300 c.

Approximately 9 to 10sft for kg in 1.5mm thickness. Will vary depends on job site condition

ADHCRETE ADHCOAT PAINT AND BOND

Product Description

Paint and bond is a two component cementitious & acrylic flexible waterproofing & protective coating composed of best quality Portland cement, properly selected & graded aggregates, additives & acrylic emulsion polymer as a binder, specially designed for use on roofs, water tanks, and water retaining structure, as well as in bathrooms, showers, and kitchens, as on under tile protective membranes and a wide variety of extreme service class structures because on curing it forms an excellent elastomeric, waterproof & protective layer over the substrate.
The product is specially formulated superior quality latex admixture to be mixed with filler powder to form brush applicable slurry mortar which works as an excellent waterproofing agent.

APPLICATION

Pour the Part A to a clean bucket. Add Part B filler powder to a bucket and continuously stir by hand or slow speed mixer until get homogeneous slurry. Apply mixed component by brush or roller on substrate. For excellent result apply two coats. After application of first coat wait 3-4 hours for cure, then apply second coat. Each coat thickness should not exceed 1.5mm and 1 mm is recommended. Allow 14-16 hours curing of final coat before laying screed or tilling. Allow 24 hours curing of final coat.

WATER ADHCRETE ADHCOAT WATERPROOF

Product Description

ADHCOAT WATERPROOF is a carefully prepared, excellent quality, liquid waterproof membrane ready-to-use under thin and thick bed installations. It is a single component, self-curing liquid that forms a flexible, strong waterproofing membrane which provide bond directly to a wide variety of substrates.

AREAS TO USE

Interior and exterior, commercial, residential and industrial applications, swimming pools, Stalls, tub surrounds and other underwater applications; Food processing areas, bathrooms, kitchens and laundries and more.

APPLICATION

After proper cleaning of surface open the pail and stir properly. Apply mixed component by brush or roller on substrate. For excellent result apply two coats. After application of first coat wait 3-4 hours for cure then apply second coat. Each coat thickness should not exceeds 1 mm and 0.8 mm is recommended. Allow 14 to 16 hours curing of final coat before tiling and screeding. Flood test can be conducted after 24 hours of final coat.

COVERAGE

TROWEL SIZE	The coverage will be approximately 225 sq.ft. - 250 sq.ft. per 20 litres pail in 1.5 mm thickness, though the actual coverage will vary depending on conditions at the job site.

ADH-CON (SBR) LATEX BONDING AGENT

Product Description

ADH-CON (SBR) is a water dispersion of an architectural grade acrylic latex specifically designed for modifying portland cement compositions. Mortar modified with ADH-CON (SBR) has improved physical strength, and superior adhesion to old concrete, masonry, brick, and many other surfaces. It is designed to mix with 2 parts of Portland cement and 1 part of silica sand at site before application. It works as an excellent bonding agent to old and new concrete and improves water resistence property and reduces shrinkage.

Product Description

ADHCrete ADHCOAT DAMP PROOF is a flexible, cold applied, odourless, rubber enriched bitumen emulsion for use both internally and externally. ADHCrete ADHCOAT DAMP PROOF provides a highly efficient sandwich damp-proof membrane for floors - ADHCrete ADHCOAT DAMP PROOF must be overlaid with a minimum 50mm flooring screed. It also acts as a waterproofer for walls when plastered or plaster boarded over. ADHCrete ADHCOAT DAMP PROOF must always be covered as it remains tacky.

APPLICATION FOR EXTERNAL WALL

Level uneven surfaces including brickwork, with cement mortar. Lightly dampen the surface with clean water. Apply 3 coats of ADHCOAT DAMP PROOF with a soft bristled brush, each at a coverage rate of 0.5 litres per m2 allowing each coat to dry before applying the next. Where possible ensure the ADHCOAT DAMP PROOF is keyed to the existing damp proof. ADHCOAT DAMP PROOF provides a waterproof membrane on bridge abutments, retaining walls, culverts, concrete or brick foundations and acts as a curing membrane when applied to green concrete.

ADHCRETE CORNER PLUS STRIP

Product Description

ADHCrete Corner Plus Strip is a ready-to-use, thin, strong yet flexible alkali-resistant mesh for embedment with waterproofing and crack-isolation membrane on residential and commercial floor joints & corners. ADHCrete Corner Plus Strip reinforces and improves the performance of Hydrobuild's waterproofing products when applied over cracks, coves and corners and around drains on residential and commercial applications. It has excellent compatibility with all cement or epoxy-based mortars.

APPLICATION

Clean the surface(corners) cleanly. Surface should be dry. Remove the sticker and apply / stick the strip from one edge to the other and press gently. Apply one coat of paint and bond or Water guard or Conlatex over the strip with regular brush or roller brush. Two coats for best result. Apply one coat ADHCrete waterproofing to corner. After drying, stick the strip to the corners.
